Use your TSA Chapter LogIn for this site (same one used for registering for the conference). Student log-in is disabled, you can NOT login as a student.
Advisors ONLY should be logging in and uploading the work. Students should NOT be logging in with advisor creditials or working in the system. Students logging in or working in the conference system or the judgepro system is a major security and privacy issue.
Once you log in - click Projects
Then you should this screen
To upload just select Upload Files
Check, double-check, and triple-check your documents and links to make sure they are in working order.
It is recommended that you have your students name their files in a manner that makes sense to you. This will help you better ensure the correct files are uploaded to the appropriate student and event.
If you submit a blank or restricted file, judges will not contact you for a new submission and your event will not be judged
If you submit a broken link, judges will not contact you for a corrected link and your event will not be judged
If you submit your files to the wrong event, judges will not contact you for the correct files and your event will not be judged
After viewing the Instructions, click Upload Files
After uploading all of your students' projects, you will need to hit the Approve button. You have the option to approve them individually or all at once. Please double and triple check your files.
You may mark an event as a No Show if you know that you will not be turning it in.
Last, but not least, please make sure you submit your Pre-Submits by the deadline, 6:00 PM CST on March 20, 2025. Please refer to the links below for the guidelines on what events are pre-submits and what needs to be submitted.
