double check your documents and links to ensure they are in working order. 

It is recommended that you have your students name their files accordingly. This will help you ensure that the correct files are uploaded to the correct competitions. I would recommend your file name be "Event Title, followed by DLG #" (If it is a team event type team captain DLG #-Team #). 

This does not include URLs. 

If you submit a blank or restricted file, judges will not contact you for a new submission, and your event will not be judged. 

If you submit a broken link, judges will not contact you and you will not be judged. 

If you submit your files to the wrong event, judges will not contact you and you will not be judged. 

Using the instructions, click upload files. 

For uploading all your student's projects, you will need to hit the approve button. You will need to hit the approve button, you will have the option to approve individually or all at once. 

Please double check all submissions have your approval. 

All presubmits are due by 5 PM on Monday, February 2, 2026. This is a hard close. 

If there is no place to upload, then it is not a presubmit event. 

PIRMARY ADVISORS ONLY SHOULD BE LOGGING IN AND UPLOADING HE WORK. O STUDENTS SHOULD BE IN THIS SYSTEM AT ANY TIMES!!!
