Use your TSA Chapter LogIn for this site (same one used for registering for the conference).  Student log-in is disabled, students should NOT be in this system.

You will ONLY see the events that are in JudgePro, not all events are judged in JudgePro (testing events, problem solving, etc).  IF they are  NOT judged in judgepro, you will not see them listed as an event in this system.  If they were on your registration, you are registered for them.  Even if you do not see them on the list in this system.

Not all events are presubmits - if there is not a place to upload, it is not a presubmit event.

Advisors ONLY should be logging in and uploading the work. NO STUDENTS SHOULD BE IN THIS SYSTEM

1. Once you log in - click Projects

2. Then you should this screen

 

4. To upload just select Upload Files

5. Check, double-check, and triple-check your documents and links to make sure they are in working order. 

   1. It is recommended that you have your students name their files appropriately.  This will help you better ensure the correct files are uploaded to the appropriate student and event. This does not include URLs.

   2. If you submit a blank or restricted file, judges will not contact you for a new submission and your event will not be judged.

   3. If you submit a broken link, judges will not contact you for a corrected link and your event will not be judged.

   4. If you submit your files to the wrong event, judges will not contact you for the correct files and your event will not be judged.

6. After viewing the Instructions, click Upload Files

7. After uploading all of your students' projects, you will need to hit the Approve button. You have the option to approve them individually or all at once.  Please double and triple check everything is correct.

Last, but not least, please make sure you submit your Pre-Submits by the deadline of 4 PM on 2/17/2026. 

Please plan ahead, as this is a HARD CLOSE!!!
